Parting with the typical internal brand launch, we created a brand rallying book and a year-long posters campaign to indoctrinate CA's 20,000 employees to the new brand. Thousands of posters were hung across over 300 offices worldwide in one night. Employees came to work the next day to a new workspace and a global video meeting where the chairman introduced the new brand. Every few months a new set of posters is hung to announce an update to the new employee brand site.
